Experiential Learning

Experiential Learning is focused on building critical skills through an outbound leadership training programme. Experiential Learning at Kristu Jayanti School of Management aims at developing leadership skills, team building, working under time pressure, taking risk and inculcating a positive attitude. The Experiential Learning programme completely transforms the students thinking pattern and their attitude towards approaching a challenge. The Experiential Learning programme also gives a break to the regular classes for the students and takes them to an external environment that is refreshing.

The involvement of the students and their aptitude to learn new things has made this programme a grand success. The outcome of the programme is very well seen and felt in their improved academic and extra-curricular performances and the bonding that got generated between the student communities.
