Rural Exposure Programe - Gramasamveditha

To inculcate the budding managers with values and a concern towards the society and to give them an opportunity to learn from the Rural India, the first year MBA students are taken to village visits were students stay in a village, observe, learn and conduct various activities and researches to understand the problems in the rural India. Students interact with people in the village by way of a formal survey and also through informal activities. Students conduct various awareness campaigns to both the villagers and to the kids in the village. Students also conduct various indoor and outdoor games and activities and appreciate them with prizes and gifts. This Rural Exposure Programme, Gramasamveditha acts as an eye opener to the future managers to understand their responsibility to the society and the country at large.
