A Faculty Empowerment Session was organized by KJIM, on “Teach Like an Exec, learn like a Founder: A Faculty Reset”. This session conducted by Mr. Sen B Mathews, Director, Centre for Employability and Corporate Relations on 25.06.2026 at 09AM. Session emphasized the role of educators in creating meaningful student impact through effective communication, professional dress sense, confident body language, and a strong focus on creating impact. The session highlighted the integration of the 5Cs: Choice, Communication, Collaboration, Creative Thinking, and Critical Thinking into teaching practices to foster holistic student development and enhance engagement. By encouraging informed decision-making, teamwork, innovation, and analytical thinking through interactive and experiential learning approaches, faculty can help students develop essential skills and competencies required for academic success, career readiness, and lifelong learning in a rapidly changing world.
