Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management (KJIM) organised a two-day Faculty Empowerment Session titled "Data to Decision: Mastering Data Analysis with JMP" on 10th and 13th July 2026. The programme aimed to strengthen faculty competencies in data analytics and advanced statistical techniques for empirical research. The sessions were facilitated by Dr. Saket Ranjan Praveer, Professor, Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management, who combined conceptual insights with hands-on training using JMP Statistical Discovery Software. Participants explored a wide range of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, ANOVA, chi-square analysis, non-parametric tests, and post hoc analysis through practical demonstrations. The second session focused on advanced topics such as Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), factor analysis, and the fundamentals of machine learning. Faculty members also gained practical exposure to developing and interpreting structural models involving mediating and moderating variables. The interactive sessions enhanced participants' analytical capabilities and research proficiency, enabling them to apply contemporary quantitative methods effectively in academic research and scholarly publications.
