On 08 July 2026, the Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management (KJIM) organized a faculty Empowerment Session on Outcome Based Education & Case Based Assessment for MBA, attended by 25 faculty members. The session, led by Dr. Joseph Charles, Head of the Department, provided a practical, hands-on learning experience on designing course plans, programme outcome mappings, and assessment rubrics aligned with Outcome Based Education principles. Faculty members also explored effective case-based assessment techniques using structured decision-making tools and the 5E learning model. The interactive team-based activities enhanced collaboration, critical thinking, and practical application, making the programme highly engaging and beneficial. Overall, the workshop equipped faculty with innovative pedagogical and assessment strategies to strengthen learner-centric and outcome-driven MBA education.
