FES on “The Adaptive Educator: Developing the Mindset of High-Impact MBA Teachers

The Institute of Management organized faculty empowerment program titled “The Adaptive Educator: Developing the Mindset of High-Impact MBA Teachers,” facilitated by Prof. Stephan Deepak on 24/07/2026. The session focused on preparing management educators to thrive in a rapidly evolving academic landscape by emphasizing adaptability, learner-centred teaching, and continuous professional growth. Through reflective self-assessment, participants explored practical frameworks such as the Five Japanese Wisdom Principles Ikigai, Kaizen, Shoshin, Hara Hachi Bu, and Hansei and the Five Winning Mentalities, which highlighted purpose, resilience, adaptability, focus, and consistent improvement. The programme encouraged faculty members to embrace innovation, reflective practice, and lifelong learning to enhance their teaching effectiveness. Faculty appreciated the session for its engaging approach, practical insights, and relevance in equipping educators to become future-ready and high-impact teachers.
