On successful completion of all the exams and assessments from KJU, the students will receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from KJU.
On successful completion of the online exams of the 4 courses specified by IIBF, the students will receive a Diploma in Banking and Finance from IIBF.
Each student can gain 2 diplomas from both KJU and IIBF.
Those who qualify for DBF from IIBF if they join a bank then they can write an email to IIBF to convert the DBF into JAIIB qualification which is a mandatory qualification for promotions and progression in a banking career.
The training is provided to clear both PGDBF and DBF.

- • Doubt Clearing Sessions- 2 hours of doubt-clearing sessions for each module

There will be two hours of live doubt clearing sessions for each module (each course will have four modules) for which the timing will be scheduled when course commence.
- a) Examination for PGDBF from KJU are conducted offline: (1) Mid-term and (2) End Semester Examination.
- b) Examination for DBF from IIBF are conducted online twice a year.
The Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) is a governing and examining body by itself. The RBI authorizes and mandates IIBF as the official certifying body for specialized courses, such as Debt Recovery Agents (DRA) and Business Correspondents/Facilitators (BC/BF). IIBF is recognized by National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) as an Awarding Body (Dual) for delivering National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF)-aligned vocational competencies. IIBF's flagship examinations (such as JAIIB, CAIIB, and DBF) are highly recognized and supported by the Indian Banks' Association (IBA) and various member.
