Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management (KJIM) organized the KJIM Immersion Programme on 4th August 2026 for the newly admitted MBA students of the 2026-28 batch. The session, facilitated by Dr. Gita P C, Associate Professor and Coordinator, KJIM, introduced students to the MBA programme structure, specializations, academic expectations, evaluation methodology, and co-curricular opportunities available at the institute. Emphasizing KJIM’s industry-oriented curriculum, experiential learning approach, value-based education, and strong alumni network, the session provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the institute’s unique strengths and resources. The programme encouraged students to actively engage in academics, campus activities, and professional development initiatives, helping them begin their MBA journey with clarity, confidence, and a sense of purpose.
