The Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management successfully organized the annual Jeeson Memorial Intra-Institute Business Quiz Competition – Incognito 2026 in collaboration with BSmart, Business Standard. The quiz competition is conducted every year in memory of the institute’s alumnus, the late Mr. Jeeson, celebrating his legacy by promoting business awareness and intellectual engagement among management students. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from MBA students, with 25 teams comprising 50 students competing in the competition. The quiz began with a paper-based preliminary round, where participants were tested on their knowledge of business, economics, current affairs, and corporate developments. Based on their performance in the preliminary round, the top six teams advanced to the grand finale, which was held on 13 March 2026.

The grand finale was an engaging on-stage event that kept the audience captivated with multiple challenging rounds. After a closely contested competition, Ms. Riyola Sequeira and Mr. Gautham Janadri emerged as the winners, securing the first prize, while Mr. Sujith V and Mr. Rahul Andrews were declared the runners-up, winning the second prize. The winners and runners-up were awarded cash prizes, certificates, trophies, and special goodies sponsored by Business Standard. The award ceremony was graced by distinguished faculty members including Fr. Dr. Marialal Joseph, Director, Centre for Research, Kristu Jayanti University, Dr. Gita P. C., Coordinator, Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management, and Dr. Shobha B. G., Faculty Coordinator of Incognito 2026, who felicitated the winners and appreciated the participants for their enthusiasm and knowledge.

The quiz was jointly organized by a dedicated team of first-year and second-year MBA students, whose efforts ensured the smooth execution of the event. The competition proved to be a grand success, offering participants an excellent opportunity to enhance their business knowledge, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills. Adding to the excitement, the audience was also actively engaged during the event through interactive questions, with goodies awarded for correct answers, making the event enjoyable and informative for everyone present. Incognito 2026 once again reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to encouraging academic excellence, critical thinking, and collaborative learning among management students.
