Ascend 2026

Date: 07 August 2026

Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management (KJIM) organised a series of experiential wellness and awareness activities for the MBA 2026-28 batch as part of the FUTURE LEADERS’ TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME-ASCEND MBA 2026–28, Rise to Lead Student Induction. The programme included Nutrition Awareness, Drug Awareness, Digital Wellbeing and Stress Management activities conducted on 07.08.2026. Students reflected on their daily food habits, received peer feedback and prepared a one-day healthy meal plan; participated in discussions on drug-related myths, health and social consequences and peer-pressure situations; reviewed their mobile screen-time patterns, identified frequently used applications and set personal digital wellbeing goals; and interacted with members of the campus community to understand common sources of stress and coping strategies, converting selected insights into short reels/videos with practical takeaways. The activities provided students with meaningful experiential learning opportunities and helped strengthen healthy lifestyle practices, digital responsibility, reflection and responsible decision-making, supporting the development of confident, socially responsible and future-ready leaders.
