The session was a thoughtfully designed experiential learning conducted for first-year students to nurture emotional intelligence and empathy two essential competencies for personal, academic, and professional success on 05th August 2026 by Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management. The session featured a range of interactive activities, team-based exercises, role plays, and reflective discussions that encouraged students to recognize and manage their emotions, understand diverse perspectives, and respond empathetically in everyday situations. By actively engaging in these experiential learning activities, students developed greater self-awareness, strengthened their interpersonal skills, and appreciated the value of empathy, collaboration, and effective communication in building meaningful relationships and fostering a positive campus culture.
