The Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management (KJIM) organized a Team-Building Activity for the MBA 2026-2028 Batch students on 5 August 2026. The programme was designed around Bruce Tuckman's Group Development Model, enabling students to experience the stages of Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning through a series of experiential learning activities. The interactive sessions strengthened students' collaboration, communication, leadership, trust, and problem-solving skills while encouraging effective teamwork and decision-making. The programme concluded with a reflective discussion that helped participants connect their experiences with key management concepts and appreciate the role of teamwork in achieving organizational success. The activity provided an enriching platform for students to build meaningful peer connections and develop essential managerial competencies, reinforcing KJIM's commitment to experiential learning and holistic management education.
