Transformative Leadership Development Workshop

Date: 30 September 2026

A three-day Leadership Development Programme was conducted for Section E students from 28th to 30th September 2026, with Mr. Anthony Williams as the resource person.

The programme focused on self-awareness, motivation, emotional management, communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and personal leadership. The sessions were conducted through interactive discussions, reflections, and experiential group activities. The first day focused on internal and external motivation, self-awareness and identification of personal strengths and areas for improvement. Students participated in a workshop booklet activity to identify their talents and strengths, followed by the “Belief Speech” activity to develop confidence and public-speaking skills. The second day focused on human energy, emotional management, forgiveness, and relationship development. Students explored positive and negative emotions and learned the importance of managing emotions and overcoming past experiences through forgiveness. The “Talk to Action” activity encouraged students to reflect on significant life experiences while strengthening communication and interpersonal skills. The final day emphasized analytical thinking, root-cause identification, problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication. Students analysed common problems in groups, identified their root causes, and proposed appropriate solutions through collaborative discussions. The “Human Relation Feedback” and “Talk to Convince” activities enhanced students’ confidence, presentation, communication, and persuasion skills. The programme concluded with a reflective discussion on integrity, personal values, life choices, external pleasures, and inner happiness. Students were encouraged to make meaningful and responsible choices based on self-awareness and personal values.

Overall, the programme provided students with practical experiences that strengthened their personal leadership, communication, emotional, analytical and collaborative skills.
