Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management organised a Placement Orientation and Training Program (POTP) was organised for the II MBA students on 17 August 2026, led by Prof. Sen B Mathews, Director, Centre for Employability and Corporate Relations (CECR) in collaboration with CECR. The session provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the placement process, including registration, placement guidelines, aptitude and interview assessments, group discussions, resume building, professional communication, and onboarding. The resource person also highlighted various career engagement opportunities such as internships, apprenticeships, full-time recruitment, project-based engagements, and hackathons. Emphasis was placed on developing attitude, soft skills, domain knowledge, aptitude, and career readiness to meet recruiter expectations. The programme enhanced students’ awareness of the placement ecosystem and equipped them with greater clarity and confidence to prepare effectively for their corporate careers.
