Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management, in collaboration with the Centre for Life Skills Education (CLSE) at Kristu Jayanti Deemed to be University, Bengaluru, successfully conducted an intensive four-day workshop on "Life Skills for Gen Z Executives" from August 5th to 8th, 2026. This comprehensive program was designed specifically for first-year MBA students to equip them with essential competencies and soft skills required in today's dynamic corporate environment. The workshop featured interactive sessions led by experienced facilitators covering critical areas including Emotional Intelligence & Empathy, Team Building & Collaborative Problem Solving, Personal Hygiene & Executive Grooming, Happiness & Positive Psychology, Digital Literacy, and Critical Thinking Skills.
