Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management, in association with the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), organised a Bootcamp on Problem Solving, Ideation & Customer Journey Mapping for the MBA students of the 2025-2027 batch on 18th September 2026. The programme was designed as an experiential learning initiative to strengthen students' ability to identify real-world problems, develop innovative ideas, understand customer needs, and translate customer insights into practical business solutions. The bootcamp provided MBA students with a practical platform to develop innovation, problem-solving and customer-centric managerial capabilities. By combining ideation with Customer Journey Mapping, the programme encouraged students to move beyond conventional problem-solving and think about how innovative solutions can create meaningful value for customers and organisations. The programme contributed to the institution's efforts to promote innovation, experiential learning and entrepreneurial thinking among management students.
