Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management, in association with Bizotic, conducted a comprehensive Aptitude Training Programme for the second-year MBA students of the 2025-2027 batch from 4thAugust, 2026 to 28th August, 2026. The programme was organized with the objective of strengthening students’ aptitude skills and enhancing their preparedness for campus recruitment. The training covered three major areas: Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. Quantitative Aptitude sessions included Number Systems, HCF and LCM, Simplification, Percentages, Profit, Loss and Discounts, Interest, Ratios, Averages, Time and Work, Time-Speed-Distance, Probability, and Data Interpretation. Logical Reasoning covered Blood Relations, Series, Coding and Decoding, The Verbal Ability component focused on Grammar, Subject-Verb Agreement, Sentence Correction, Sentence Completion, One-Word Substitution, and Reading Comprehension. The sessions were conducted through interactive classroom training supported by assignments, practice worksheets, mock assessments, and real-time evaluations. The programme was handled by professional trainers Mr., Abhishek Siri, Mr. Bhargav Phukan, Mr. Chethan Kumar, Mr. Hariharan, Mr. Jayanth Gowda, Mr. Sharath GC, Mr. Srinath Sethuraman and Ms. Shashirekha. The training created opportunities for students to build confidence and develop the competencies required to face placement and recruitment processes effectively. A total of 306 MBA students were benefited from the programme.
