Academia Industry Innovative Series

Academia Industry Innovative Series (AIIS) is one of the key activities of the Kristu Jayanti School of Management organized for first year MBA students every year. Industry experts at the middle management level and also Alumni of Kristu Jayanti College are invited to address students to share their practical experience and also to bridge the gap between the theoretical knowledge and the practical experiences. Though the institute organizes various other programmes through interactive platforms with the top level executives, it was found very useful to create a platform where the students can be given an opportunity to interact with the middle level managers to get their perspectives on Business & Management. The speakers also cover various topics such as Goal Setting, Expectation of the Industry, Becoming Industry Ready etc. These interactive platform for the first year MBA students sets the tone and gives a direction for the students to be corporate ready. Every year 10 – 12 sessions of the Industry Institute Interface is organized. Thus far it has been a transformational programme of the School of Management.

The AIIS also has platform christened as, ‘Alumni Connect’, where the Alumni of the Kristu Jayanti School of Management is invited to interact with the first year MBA students. The Alumni representing the Middle Level Management of various leading companies have been a source of encouragement for the first year students.
